What we found
Before we built anything, we read everything we could find about how small haulers book work. Here it is in plain words.
Most haulers are small. Four in five registered waste carriers run four or fewer drivers, and about four in ten run exactly one.1 Over a thousand new dumpster and roll-off companies registered in under three years.2
The software isn’t for them. The big platforms hide their prices behind a demo and charge per truck. One of them says it outright: at one or two trucks, you probably don’t need their software yet.3
Customers want to book online. Almost nobody lets them. 80% of homeowners say online booking factors into who they hire.7 Even among haulers already using booking software, only 5% of rentals get booked online.4
The phone is the bottleneck. 27% of calls to home-service businesses go unanswered.12 95% of companies in one audit didn’t answer a new lead within five minutes.15 That’s not laziness. That’s one person driving a truck.
So we built one thing, and priced it for one truck: a website that shows your prices and takes the booking, and a dashboard you can run from the cab.
