$79 a month. That’s the whole price.
Most hauling software makes you book a demo to find out what it costs. Here’s ours, on the page: one plan, no contract, no setup fee, nothing metered.
The plan
$79
a month, billed monthly
Rather pay yearly? $790 a year, which is 2 months free. Optional. Never the default.
Get startedFounding Haulers: the first 20 keep $79 a month for as long as they stay.
Everything’s in it
- Your website, built for you
- Online booking for dumpsters or junk removal
- Operator dashboard: drops, pulls, cans, bookings
- Text and email confirmations and reminders, no per-text charges
- Card payments at Stripe’s standard rate, no markup from us
- Your domain, SSL, hosting and updates
- You own the domain, the site and every lead
- Live in 7 days. Cancel anytime and take an export.
One 20-yard rental runs $540–$731 for 7 days at the national range.5 That one job covers about 7 to 9 months of HaulLaunch.
Extras, if you want them
One-time prices. Never a monthly add-on, and never something you need to make bookings work.
| Extra | What you get | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Premium custom design | A fully custom look, built around your trucks and your town. | $499 |
| Service-area city pages (10) | Ten local pages so you show up where your customers search. | $299 |
| Logo + brand kit | Logo, colors and fonts, ready for trucks, cans and invoices. | $199 |
| Google Business Profile setup + review requests | Get found on the map and ask every happy customer for a review. | $99 |
What you’d pay elsewhere
Published prices from the people you’d otherwise call. Every number links to where we found it. A lot of the bigger software doesn’t publish a price at all: ServiceCore’s pricing page says “Schedule a demo,”25 and Docket, Hauler Hero and CurbWaste are only known from third-party estimates.2627
| Who | What you pay | Website | Worth knowing |

| Bin Boss + template site | $139/mo + $99 setup 19 | Website: Add-on, $40/mo | Dispatch software for 1–5 truck roll-off. |
| Dumpster Rental Systems Standard | $195.95/mo 20 | Website: Add-on, price not published | The cheaper Launch tier leaves out routing and QuickBooks. |
| Jobber Connect | $139/mo 21 | Website: Yes, generic | Field-service software. Two-way texting starts at this tier. |
| Always Do Better | From $249/mo 22 | Website: Yes | Hauler website agency. |
| Hook Agency, templated site | $1,000/mo for 12 months 23 | Website: Yes | $12,000 over the year. |
| Freelancer build with booking | ~$4,150 up front + $40–$120/mo 24 | Website: Yes | Booking runs on a third-party tool you pay for separately. |
We’re not saying these are bad. Some do a lot more than we do: driver apps, dispatch boards, routing. If you run five trucks, look at them. If you run one, you need a site that books jobs, and that’s what this is.
The fine print, in big print
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. No 12-month “monthly” plan where canceling doesn’t stop the billing. If you prepay a year, that’s your choice, and it’s the only way it happens.
Who owns the site, the domain and the leads?
You do. The domain is registered to you. The bookings and customer list are yours. We host and maintain it while you’re with us.
What are the card processing fees?
Customers pay by card through Stripe at Stripe’s standard rate, paid by you, straight to Stripe. We add nothing on top. No penalty if a customer pays you cash or check instead.
Do texts cost extra?
No. Confirmations, day-before reminders and junk “we’re on the way” texts are part of the plan. A one-truck operation won’t run out, and you won’t see per-message charges on your bill.
What happens if I cancel?
Billing stops at the end of the month. We hand you an export of your bookings and customers, and help you point your domain wherever you want it.
Why is it so cheap?
Because it does one job: a website that takes bookings for cans or junk pickups, and a dashboard to run them. No dispatch suite, no driver app, no sales team to pay for.
Click through it before you talk to anybody
The demo is the real booking flow and the real dashboard, running on a made-up hauler. HaulLaunch is $79 a month when you want your own.
