One call. Seven days. Your site is live.
You run trucks. We build the website. Here’s the whole process, and everything we’ll ask you for.
From call to live
-
We talk
A short call. We ask how you run things: sizes, prices, how long a can stays out, what you charge per ton over, where you deliver, which days you don’t.
-
We build it
Your website, your booking page and your dashboard, set up with your prices and your cans. You don’t touch a website builder.
-
You try to break it
Click through it like a customer. Book a test can. Tell us what’s wrong and we fix it.
-
It goes live
On your domain, 7 days after we have your info. Customers can book that night.
-
You own it
Your domain, your site, every lead. No contract. If you ever leave, you get an export and we help you move.
What we need from you
Most of it is already in your head or on a whiteboard. We’ll get it on the call.
- Business name, phone and the area you serve (ZIP codes)
- Can sizes and how many of each, or for junk: your volume pricing and common item prices
- Prices, included days and tons, overage per ton, extra-day fee
- Days you don’t deliver and your cutoff for next-day
- Your logo and photos of your trucks and cans, if you have them. Real photos of your gear beat stock every time.
- A Stripe account for card payments. We walk you through setting it up.
Click through it before you talk to anybody
The demo is the real booking flow and the real dashboard, running on a made-up hauler. HaulLaunch is $79 a month when you want your own.
